Return Policy

1 Refund & Replacement Eligibility

You may request a refund or replacement if your product meets one or more of the following conditions
- The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
- The item is materially different from the description or images shown on our website

2 Time Frame & How to Submit a Claim

To initiate a claim, please email support@posturaco.com within 90 days of delivery. Include the following
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- Clear photos or a short video showing the issue (e.g., defect, misprint, incorrect product)
